How to Make a Complaint

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • A description of the complaint

  • Any relevant dates or communication

What Happens Next?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days

  • We aim to respond with a resolution or next steps within 20 working days

If you are not satisfied with our response, and your concern relates to a registered social worker, you may contact Social Work England: https://www.socialworkengland.org.uk
